Delivery service

If you select "Courier" for delivery, a delivery fee of €15.00 will be added to the order.
For users of the courier service, the goods are delivered directly to the address specified in the order.
The courier agrees on the exact time of delivery of the goods with the Customer before the delivery of the goods.

Conditions for sending by parcel machines

When placing an order, if there is no post machine option in the shopping cart, it means that the size or weight of your package exceeds the acceptable parameters for sending through the post machine.

The maximum weight is 30 kg.

If, for technical reasons, you were able to order the goods through the post machine, but the goods exceed the capacity of the box, we have the right to charge a courier delivery fee. We will let you know in advance.
